Speyside, Lossie The nose beckoned us into a garden centre, with green, leafy, floral and earthy elements, including the shop selling cane furniture and Yankee candles; in time we were transported to Churchill’s cabinet room (leather, wood and cigars). The palate was a bitter-sweet experience – vanilla, chocolate and sugared strawberry sweetness against more bitter aspects of wood, lime, ash and floral perfumes.
