Droplets of tropical fruit rained down as the antique oak mallet battered and obliterated a juicy mound of nectarines, ripe pineapples and melon. Tiny jets of orange oil glistened in the sunlight whilst peach stones ricocheted off pink grapefruit like golf balls in a blender.
