Vibrant with plenty of depth A burst of fruits to start with, tangerines, apples, gooseberries, Valencia oranges and cantaloupe melon but at the same time the herbal salty aroma of sea salt blended with rosemary, sage and oregano. On the palate neat there was some fresh citrus mixed with the herby salt and we enjoyed grilled scallops in a lemon-herb drizzle.
