A pale, shiny, platinum gold colour was the first thing we noticed pouring the sample. The aroma was at first that of mint bonbons, peppermint tea and freshly cut grass before the sweet/spicy note of a rocket salad dressed in a honey and pink peppercorn sauce emerged.
