A waft of floral scents joined cox apples, juniper berries and wood shavings against a backdrop of strawberry sherbet, cinnamon and caramel biscuits. On the palate a huge smack of chilli heat met an equally massive amount of sweetness as cloves, ginger and cinnamon rolled into exotic fruit, lime marmalade and strawberry jam.
