We noticed a bouquet of grassy, earthy and malty aromas reminding us of chocolate hobnobs, malted milk biscuits, dried heather, freshly cut hay and wild thyme Greek honey. On the palate neat a sweet Thai lemongrass and pandan iced tea with cracked black pepper oatcakes and dark chocolate coated ginger biscuits.
