The initial nose has sanded wood, fresh hay and floral soap, then develops citrus, ending up fresh and invigorating – lemon puffs, candied orange and lemon slices, tinned mandarins, lychee and honey. The palate has orange peel, lemon and lime, juicy pineapple and fruity boiled sweets, plus marzipan and tinned pears with vanilla custard.
