The attractive summery perfumed sweet fruity aroma of orange sherbet greeted the Panel. This one was made with freshly-squeezed orange and lemon juice, orange zest and, for that extra kick, a spoonful of Triple sec (orange flavoured liqueur from dried peels of bitter and sweet oranges).
