Speyside, Spey Some panel members found themselves on the beach with coconut scented sun cream, melted ice cream, strawberry fondant creams and peppermint creams whereas others moved straight on to the terrace overlooking the sea to enjoy a glass of perfectly chilled Sauternes’ wine with almond and lemon tarts as well as meringue. A drop of water and the aroma became even more intense, honeyed apricot, butterscotch, coconut, mango, honeysuckle and toasted baking spices.
