The evocative sweet aroma made us think of caramel glazed sea scallops, sweet smoked ham and grilled stuffed Portobello mushrooms as well as Bavarian white sausages with sweet mustard. To taste, full bodied with a smooth, viscous and fruity yeasty flavour like a wheat beer combine with melted salted caramel ice cream – made it a very refreshing experience indeed.
