A sweet, seductive, smoky aroma mesmerised us like a barbeque in a pine tree forest near a sandy bay where every so often, a salty sea breeze rustled through the trees. The taste neat had a touch of spice, an earthy floral note and plenty of fried bacon in salted butter with sweet maple syrup in the finish.
