A very clean aroma of waxed floors greeted the Panel followed by the intriguing scent of fragrance oil "Forget-Me-not" (also known as herbe d'amour, or less poetic, field scorpion grass). On the palate clearly the spirit played the first fiddle with a fizzy, slightly sweet bitterness and interesting interplay between chilli and ginger.
