We were spreading soft cream cheese on crunchy, rye cracked black pepper crispbread, sprinkled parsley on top and enjoyed it with a hoppy IPA beer. A sweet and waxy texture on the palate - thick honey and golden syrup but also slightly grainy, creamy and nutty which reminded us of a ham and cheese sandwich grilled in a cast iron frying pan.
