A perfumed pungency incorporated lavender and honeysuckle with the ripest of oranges and soft mandarins, whilst dustings of icing sugar settled on tarte tatin with its caramelised fruit and butter. Juicy fruit jelly sweets and Turkish delight provided a chewy feel that combined with beeswax polish and warm toffee to give delightful textures.
