Rounded aromas led us for a walk through oatmeal, fig rolls and cedar wood with soft fruits coming from apples, melon and pomegranate. The mouth-coating palate blended the gentle spices of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves with syrupy sweetness and earthy notes of roasted sweet potatoes and parsnips with heavy oak.
