The aroma reminded us of the skin and flesh of ripe pears having been fermented, distilled and aged in glass demijohns to then mellow, making now the almost perfect Williams Christ pear schnapps with a sweet, fruity and refreshing scent. Equally fresh on the palate neat with the taste of a spicy sweet tea spritz cocktail accompanied by cinnamon salted caramel doughnuts.
