Peated
Highland, Western A fascinating robust and characterful aroma of balsamic vinegar on fresh strawberries, dried figs and dates, hoisin sauce and beef olives with a crunchy pine nut and semi-fired tomato stuffing. On the palate we experienced true old school Highland hospitality - rough and ragged edges of honest simplicity but warm and welcoming.
