An earthy, smoky sweetness reminded us of extra virgin olive oil, heather tea, tobacco and an aged rhum Agricole with that scent of smoked herbs and smoked honey. The taste was a magic combination - the right cross a peaty spirit and the left hook a funky sweet rum.
