Highland, Eastern The nose gave us spring meadows and gorse flowers, lemon tart, pear and honey tart, vanilla yoghurt, marshmallows, Tunnock’s snowballs and toffee popcorn – quite a range. The palate was beautifully sweet – sugared almonds, Caramac bar, marzipan, Cornish strawberry jam cream tea and crème Anglaise made with Madagascar vanilla pods.
