An array of sweet goodies was on offer with cherry tartlets, carrot cake, gingerbread, and brandy snaps all with the additional spike of oak aged plum brandy. On the palate neat the Slivovitz turned into a young racy Amontillado with hints of nutty aromas like almonds and pecan possibly in a pie served with whipped cream or a scoop of honey nut ice cream.
