Highland, Southern The bright, clean nose led us through groves of soft, sweet citrus (lemon meringue pie, lemon and lime sorbet, pineapple ice-lolly) into a glade of flowers, herbs, fresh wood, tobacco, honey and vanilla. Adding water defined the herbs more clearly (mint, menthol, chewing gum); we also got paint, oak and candied ginger.
