The Panel were startled by a rather elegant aroma of smoked mint tea, herbal infusions, game consommé, bath slats, embrocations, medicine cabinets and hospital corridors. A beautifully elegant salinity with additional notes of sooty chimneys, sweet peat, salt-baked fish, sheep wool and rapeseed oil.
