The nose had Hubba Bubba and Dentyne early on, followed by fruit slice, muscovado and molasses sweetness; finally, Jezebel cigarettes and covered wagons rolling over prairie grass. The neat palate had breath-taking chilli heat, a good whack of wood - and the sweet sunshine glow of spun sugar, yum-yums, vanilla and toffee apple sticks.
