Nosing neat we made an impressive 4,528-mile journey from the Northwest coast of the USA in Seattle to the Northwest coast of England Whitehaven and the story of the Jefferson’s rum, distantly related to US founding father Thomas Jefferson. The aromas were that of cherry cola, burnt brown sugar, molasses and chocolate sponge cake.
