Wow, we just opened the oven door to see how our honey-glazed, roasted root vegetables were doing and they were fine, sweet and slightly tangy as we added a little sherry vinegar to the glaze. Challenging to start with on the palate, but after the initial shock flavours, of candy corn, red cola and Turkish delight appeared.
