A dry herbal aroma surprised us at first, caraway, cumin and coriander before sweet hay, floral honey, lavender and dark chocolate took centre stage. On the palate neat a slice of classic Pumpernickel bread spread with sweet butter and a fruity spicy mango chutney naan bread.
