With a gentle yet warm welcome we took our time to acquaint ourselves with the delicate tapestry of flavours. White chocolate, under ripe banana and apple and rhubarb crumble with vanilla custard were gentle woven together with salted caramel, digestive biscuits, rye cracker bread and a spicy hint of white pepper.
