Isle of Raasay The Draam is the distillery's signature single malt Scotch whisky, first introduced in 2021 and bottled at 46.4% ABV at natural colour without chill filtration. Peated and unpeated Raasay spirit mature separately in American rye whiskey, fresh Chinkapin oak, and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks to form its six-cask recipe.
