The Balvenie Pedro Ximenez Cask is an 18-year-old Speyside single malt Scotch whisky finished in casks that previously held Pedro Ximenez sherry. For a newer whisky drinker, that generally means a richer, sweeter style layered onto the distillery’s familiar honeyed malt character.
