A 21-year-old Karuizawa selected by Dave Broom and released by independent bottler Whisk-e as Lesson III in The School of Malt series. It was distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2012 from sherry butt 9091 in 700 ml format at cask strength at 63.7% ABV.
