Jefferson's Straight Rye Whiskey Finished in Cognac Casks

Jefferson's Straight Rye Whiskey Finished in Cognac Casks is an American rye whiskey that combines the peppery, herbal character typical of rye with an added finishing period in Cognac casks. That secondary maturation is intended to layer in extra fruit and sweetness alongside the whiskey’s spice.
