Penelope Rosé Cask Finish is a bourbon that starts with a youthful straight bourbon base and is given additional time in rosé wine casks. That finishing step is intended to add a layer of fruit-forward sweetness and wine influence on top of the usual vanilla, caramel, and oak notes associated with bourbon.
