Blackened Cask Strength - SDBB Private Select is a blended whiskey presented at a higher proof, so it is likely to offer a fuller, more intense experience than a standard bottling. For a new whisky drinker, that usually means bolder flavour, a warmer mouthfeel, and the option to add a little water to open it up.
