Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Batch C921 is a Kentucky straight bourbon released at barrel proof, meaning it is bottled without being diluted down to a lower strength. It carries a stated age of 12 years, which points to a mature style with concentrated oak influence alongside the sweetness typical of bourbon.
