This single malt Scotch whisky is a 12-year-old Blair Athol bottled by independent bottler Duncan Taylor as part of The Octave range. Blair Athol is known for a rich, malty house style, and a Palo Cortado sherry finish suggests added layers of nutty, dry, wine-influenced character.
