Old Elk Four Grain

Old Elk Four Grain is a bourbon made with a mash bill that uses four grains rather than the more familiar mix of corn plus one supporting grain. In bourbon, corn provides the core sweetness, while the other grains can add layers of spice, softness, and grain character.
