Pure Antique Straight Bourbon Whiskey - Lot 2 is a well-aged bourbon, and the stated 22 years suggests a mature style shaped by long time in new charred oak barrels. Bourbon is made primarily from corn, which often brings a round sweetness alongside notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak.
