SMWS 35.413 Two short planks and a basket case

First impressions on the nose were of maple syrup, dulce de leche and treacle sponge pudding, with further indications of basketry, oak staves and roasted chestnuts. The palate was a well-balanced sweet and spicy combo – Dundee cake, plump raisins and blackcurrant jam, ginger fudge, sweet chilli rice crackers and cinnamon pastries.
