Galloway Distillery opened in 2017 as Crafty Distillery, just outside Newton Stewart, and began by distilling gin. It made its first run of whisky in 2022.
A rich, well-defined whisky with orange cakes and chocolate, followed by peppered chocolate, toasted buckwheat, and a lovely, long, spicy finish.
