Andalusia Whiskey Co. is a craft distillery based in Blanco, Texas, established in the early 2010s. It was founded by husband-and-wife team Ty and Kimberli Phelps and takes inspiration from both American and Scottish whisky traditions while producing whiskey in the Texas Hill Country.
