Ohishi

Ohishi is a Japanese distillery in Kumamoto Prefecture, operated by the Ohishi family and best known for producing rice-based spirits. It is part of the long tradition of shochu making in southern Japan, where local distillers have worked with rice and other ingredients for generations.
