Yamazaki

It’s interesting trying this again. I used to love the simplicity of Hibiki, but now I’ve come to avoid it. Maybe just a shift in what I like, but the rise in price of these def hasn’t helped. Still very easy to drink and a great label to reach for if you dislike the intensity of typical scotch.

Good but kinda boring. Spicy but flat

Busting out last years gift to celebrate this years holiday 🥹

Very smooth. No bite. Smoke upfront with a subtle sweet finish. Great neat with a chilled glass or over one block.
