Straight spice.

Good side. Not too sweet.

Think I prefer the bourbon cask but it’s good (and I’m not sherry-by-default)

The nose is a little raw for me. Can’t put my finger on it. Love the taste though. The bourbon finish adds a nice touch of the caramel but not overpowering.

Tequila nose, but good palette.

Bubble gum on the nose, more classic rich palette. Mouth watering.

Very interesting nose and palette. Reminds me of candy not all that sweet.
