An adventurous, amusing whisky where Port makes a strong mark, blending blackcurrants, grenadine, blood orange and pepper with some unusual polish and shampoo…
Smoked raspberries, cured meats and speculoos lead into ginger, orange marmalade and charcoal, finishing with mineral notes and lingering sulphur.
Wonderfully refreshing and nicely balanced, with Meyer lemon, crushed mint, gentle salinity, cloves and orange notes.
A silky whisky layered with cinnamon-sprinkled apples, orange pith, pink grapefruit and nutmeg, finishing with lingering cereal warmth.
Picked this up on a whim and really happy I did.
