90–94Outstanding

Bunnahabhain 23-year-old Triple Sherry Wood Finish is an Islay single malt bottled at cask strength, with its sherry-led maturation and finishing style likely to bring a fuller, richer profile than the distillery’s classic unpeated house style. For a novice drinker, expect a whisky shaped more by oak and sherry influence than by heavy smoke.
