The nose evoked an ice cream parlour on a sunny day – ice cream cones with raspberry sauce, vanilla custard slices, honey on banana, dark chocolate and crème brûlée topping. Honey, vanilla and custard pastry sweetness were immediate on the palate – followed by ginger cake, spiced rum, black coffee, cinnamon gum and tobacco – a great combination.
