Distillery 128 is nestled in the Welsh Brecon Beacons and uses stills that differ from the traditional pot-still norm. The distillery uses a Faraday still that is able to distil at high strength and collect some compounds preferentially - in this case a spirit with a highly fruity, estery profile.
