Decadent Drinks Braeval Chapter Twenty Six is a single malt Scotch whisky from Braeval, matured for 36 years and bottled at cask strength from a refill hogshead. That combination usually points to a spirit-led style, where long ageing adds maturity without overwhelming the distillery character with heavy cask influence.

Lovely notes of passion fruit and mango mingle with coastal smoke, camphor and delicate peat, creating a magnificent, complex dram.

Oak adds wonderful complexity to this richly fruity whisky, layering honey, mango, stewed pears and cigar-leaf notes over a long, balanced finish.
