We’ve been searching for a good cask of Tomatin for a while, and this one offered a very pure and vivid take on this distillery’s inherent fruitiness. Fully matured in a relatively light touch old ex-sherry hogshead, the result is super fresh, fruity and focussed on that mature refill style.
