We’ve been searching for a good cask of Tomatin for a while, and this one offered a very pure and vivid take on this distillery’s inherent fruitiness. Fully matured in a relatively light touch old ex-sherry hogshead, the result is super fresh, fruity and focussed on that mature refill style.

A very beautiful, unusual and elegant Tomatin, with floral aromatics, lively apple and lemon, herbal notes, green walnuts and a long, precise peppery finish.
